by consistently incredible cruelties,
by german authorities and the responsible
judges:
To prove the urgent character of the complaint, one man of thousands
dying more than normal by Child Abduction (paPPa.com: 6.000 fathers, not
counted many children dying by suicide cf. part I, MATUSSEK). As already
mentioned in part IV of the complaint, section 5.f :
"Beneath incredible financial disasters (see I.1d + 1e), there exist
in Germany other incredible psycho-physical results of Child Abduction:
e.g. here a (partly) permanent paralyse, exactly at the time when he was
threatened by the mother to abduct his child:
Gerhard Heilig, Turnerstr.40, D-67663 Kaiserslautern."
He told me: From the start I was threatened by Child Abduction. The
mother knew, that she has the might to do this and she abused the might
with no shame!
Gerhard Heilig, since many years already paralysed, died on 09.08.1998
after having tried everything to see his child. - In vain, for several
years, until his death. A very courageous man. He met his Minister President,
the German Minister of Justice and members of parliaments!
In vain: He died, as thousands parents p.a.(!) on Sunday, 09.08.1998
as he prognosed, even in English: By a serious "Burned Out Syndrome".
He died by the most possible psychological torture imaginable, a Child
Abduction, "killing him slowly"(*) not imaginable for civilised people:
- * his own meaning!
As documented on 04.09.1997 and as filed here in annex to the UN, by
Prof. Dr. psych. Klenner, Am Iberg 7, 33813 Oerlinghausen, - Mentioned
lit.: see filed part I - the responsible Judge Thermann in Speyer had noticed
in his protocol, only some months before his death, that the daughter of
Gerhard Heilig
Sarah Kessler, Schifferstadt (as Klenner estimated, ca. 8 years old)
told to the judge: "Sarah loves both parents, her mother and her
father"!
Even after that quite clear statement, the Judge Thermann, Amtsgericht
Speyer, did not decide any kind of any visits for her father.
- This fact caused a kind of a multiple shutdown for Gerhard Heilig!

Cruel: Gerhard Heilig saw his daughter only some times in several
years and even then very shortly before German Courts and the Youth Authority!
According to Prof. Klenner's meaning the not courageous appearing judge
seemed to be impressed by a pained looking behaviour of the mother of the
child, claiming nonsense only (as usual here).
- Prof. Klenner saw then, that the mother and her female lawyer laughed
loudly when they left the Court, as to his observation clearly about the
"silly judge"!

Gerhard Heilig died without having seen his own child in any visits.
This paralysed man had fought for his daughter like a dull, with all imaginable
and unimaginable possible legal measures - until his death.
Gerhard Heilig was one of estimated many thousand fathers and children
(by suicides and drugs, see Matussek, Spiegel 47/97 and his book: Die vaterlose
Gesellschaft, roro, see filed part I) dying more than normal, including
even many mothers, all dying after divorces p.a.(!), generelly caused by
Child Abduction in family disasters, others by some following strange heart
attacks (http\\www.paPPa.com and links: 6.000 fathers - I was nearly one
of them on 18.10.1995).
Gerhard Heilig died after an incredible psychological torture, (supported)
by judges and authorities. Matussek means: A kind of State's Terrorism
by Germany (see: PAPS 98/2 p.10, Munich)!
Gerhard Heilig told me, when I saw him on 14.03.1998, he will certainly
die within a short time! - I would not believe it and he could not give
any normal reason. He only repeated continuously, that he has fought so
much in vain and that he suffers now by a real "Burned Out Syndrome".
He mentioned then, that his child loves him like her mother, according
to Judges Protocol on 03.09.1997. I saw the strong seeming but paralysed
man suffering: His eyes got visibly wet. To hide it, he went to the WC...
Then he became furious: He wished to shoot by foot his judge in his back.
Shortly after this, he had a real breakdown after having mentioned a "Mafia"
of Authorities and Judges killing him, mentioning a kind of a
"Cosanostra" of the State Servants in Germany.
He had a (last) wish: To make a voyage with me, preferable to Corsica.
I told him, I would have my own problems with such a voyage. Then I proposed
him to make a short voyage to France, visiting some affected people there.
He agreed. - When I intended to propose him this short visit for September,
I could not reach him any more. By Internet then: Gerhard Heilig died!
- His phone still answered me three weeks after his death: I should
give him a message after the beep of his phone... - macabre...
Gerhard Heilig died in an (here "normal") extreme fight for his child.
His (last) wish to see his child was even ignored at the Cemetery ! his
own child will never see his own father any more in his life ! His daughter
loved even her paralysed father, as the judge got wise...
German authority = psychological murder ? - For me sure! Remembering
Gerhard Heilig's case: My eyes got always wet.
A N N E X: Extract of the bulletin of Prof. Klenner of 04.09.1997. Transl.,
concerning the session of the AG Speyer of 03.09.1997, No. 7a X 1/94:
According to the Judge "a several years persisting struggle about the
visiting right of the father should be solved".
Circumstances (with some shortened cites of Klenner) - see original:
1. The date was changed "five times"! And all changes were initiated
by the mother. Klenner "accorded each time... he wanted to see how long
an unwilling parent can play this game before a German Court"
2. The Judge proposed an agreement, but since this did not work
since several years the father protested loudly. The female lawyer of the
mother meant: The mother never blocked visits (against the reality). Klenner:
"a slightly derangeable father and a mother who claims to support visiting
rights... in contrary to her unwilling behaviour".
3. The judge seemed impressed by "a Black-White paint of the
situation. Black the father...not accepting a consent... White a willing
mother, only intending to prevent, that her child would be forced to anything".
4. Klenner proposed a hearing of the child. The judge proposed,
that Klenner could assist. The mother protested loudly. After having heard
the child the judge presented the incredible result of the hearing:
"Sarah loves both parents, her mother and her father. Only in
the moment she does not intend to visit the father." (see part I, PAS).
4. A visiting right was planned: The father should see the child
once per month. The Judge planned that the mother acts freely to show to
the child, that the mother agrees visits. - But the visits should be made
with the German Federation for the Protection of Children (Kinderschutz-Bund).
5. The paralysed father meant, that he must plan visits in order
to get needed help of other people in order to bring him to those visits.
A short awful accusation of the mother followed. - end of the session!
Klenner: "the mother and her female lawyer looked no more as after three
days of a raining period (in German: "wie drei Tage Regenwetter"), as at
the beginning. They were laughing now extremely friendly (orig. Klenner
in German: "scheißfreundlich").
- Klenner was considerably confused, "not understanding what had really
happened..."
paPPa.com: Estimated more than 6.000 parents, especially fathers, die
more as normal p.a. (see homepage). This was personally confirmed by email,
02.09.1998. E.g. according to a research of Anneke Napp-Peters, "Familien
nach Scheidung", 7 fathers of 200 died more than normal after a divorce
= 3.5% of about 200.000 cases p.a. - Few existing researches and other
estimations seam to confirm it.
